Moving is expensive and a hassle! We’re always looking for ways to help our clients save money, save time, and make their move a little less stressful!
How it works:
It’s SIMPLE! Let your locator know when you are approved for a lease! Your locator will connect you to a personal Concierge Specialist who can run a search to locate the best rates and deals on electricity, internet, cable, etc. for your exact location – all in one place. Compare and make your selections. They can even sign you up and schedule your connection services!
*Services and providers vary by market. For example, energy is only deregulated in DFW and Houston, so electricity offerings are exclusive to those cities. However, setting up internet, cable, and security services is an available option in DFW, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets.
